Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user of SUPLORA and forms part of the Terms of Service. Customers must ensure that their authorized users and anyone acting through their workspace comply with it.

Unlawful Activities and Fraud

Do not use SUPLORA to violate law, commit or facilitate fraud, evade sanctions or trade restrictions, misrepresent purchasing authority, falsify records, or support deceptive procurement.

Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Do not impersonate a person, supplier, company, or SUPLORA representative; misstate affiliation; forge supplier communications; or present generated material as independently verified when it is not.

Unauthorized Access

Do not access or attempt to access accounts, systems, credentials, data, or workspaces without authorization. Attempts to obtain information belonging to another SUPLORA workspace are prohibited.

Security Controls and Testing

Do not bypass rate limits, approval steps, authentication, authorization, safeguards, or usage controls. Do not scan, probe, penetration test, or otherwise test SUPLORA security without prior written authorization.

Malicious Code and Interference

Do not introduce malware, destructive payloads, or harmful code; disrupt availability; interfere with other customers; or use the service to attack systems or networks.

Scraping, Automation, and Excessive Requests

Do not scrape, crawl, bulk extract, overload, or send excessive automated requests except through an authorized interface and within documented limits. Do not use automation to circumvent quotas or technical protections.

Supplier Communications

Do not use supplier information or communication features for spam, harassment, threats, deceptive outreach, unauthorized marketing, or conduct that violates a supplier’s rights or applicable communications law.

Procurement Misuse

Do not use SUPLORA to create misleading requests, manipulate comparisons, conceal conflicts, misappropriate funds, or facilitate purchases of goods or services prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property and Data Rights

Do not upload, copy, retrieve, or distribute information unless you have the necessary rights. Do not infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, database, or contractual rights.

Reverse Engineering

Except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law, do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, discover source code or model components, or create a competing service by systematically copying SUPLORA’s protected elements.

Misuse of AI Features

Do not prompt or manipulate AI features to reveal secrets, internal instructions, another customer’s data, or restricted system information; generate malicious code; enable fraud; or bypass human approval controls.

Prohibited Goods and Services

Do not use SUPLORA to facilitate goods or services whose purchase, possession, transfer, or supply is unlawful for the parties or location involved. Customers remain responsible for determining applicable restrictions.

Reporting Concerns

Report suspected abuse or security concerns to hello@suplora.ai. Do not include unnecessary personal data or exploit details in an initial message; SUPLORA may provide a suitable follow-up channel.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, history, risk, and legal requirements, SUPLORA may investigate, warn, restrict functionality, remove content, suspend access, terminate service, preserve evidence, or notify affected parties or authorities. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect the service or others.

Changes and Questions

SUPLORA may update this Policy as risks, features, and obligations evolve. Questions about permitted use may be sent to hello@suplora.ai before engaging in uncertain activity.
