About This Policy

This Policy explains how SUPLORA uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and comparable technologies on suplora.ai and related service pages. These technologies can store or access information on a device.

02

Strictly Necessary Technologies

Necessary technologies may support security, request handling, authentication or session state where available, consent records, and core operation. They are used only where needed to provide a requested service or protect it and cannot always be disabled through SUPLORA’s controls.

03

Authentication and Sessions

Where account or administrative access is used, session technologies may keep a user signed in, apply access controls, and end sessions securely. The specific technologies depend on the feature and are not listed here until confirmed.

04

Preferences

SUPLORA may store preferences requested by the user, such as the selected light or dark theme and cookie choice. Removing preference storage may cause the site to return to its default settings.

05

Analytics

With the applicable consent, SUPLORA’s first-party analytics may use browser-generated visitor and session identifiers to measure pages, sessions, referral information, device details, and selected product interactions. Separate aggregate measurement may operate without cookies or persistent cross-site identifiers.

06

Consent

Optional first-party analytics remains off until you make an affirmative choice. You may reject non-essential technologies without losing access to ordinary public content, and you may change or withdraw the choice later.

07

First-Party Analytics

When enabled, first-party analytics sends permitted usage information to SUPLORA’s own endpoint. It is intended to understand product use and improve the service, not to build advertising profiles or follow visitors across unrelated websites.

08

Third-Party Services

Hosting, aggregate analytics, embedded features, or enabled integrations may use their own technologies where applicable. Their use depends on the feature and their own notices. SUPLORA does not invent cookie names or durations that have not been verified.

09

Your Controls

Use Cookie settings to review or change the optional analytics choice. Rejecting analytics stops future first-party analytics collection and clears the related browser-generated identifiers from that browser. Clearing site data can also remove stored choices.

  • Accept or reject optional analytics in the SUPLORA consent interface.
  • Use browser controls to view, block, or delete stored site data.
  • Use privacy or tracking-prevention features supplied by your browser or device.
10

Effect of Disabling Technologies

Blocking necessary session, security, or preference storage may prevent sign-in, forget choices, or cause parts of the service to function incorrectly. Disabling optional analytics does not prevent normal use of the public website.

11

Policy Changes

This Policy may be updated when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
