Purpose of This Notice

This Notice explains where artificial intelligence and automation may support SUPLORA and how users should review the resulting information. It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

02

How SUPLORA Uses AI

SUPLORA may combine traditional software logic, deterministic procurement calculations, data analysis, search and retrieval systems, and generative AI. AI can help interpret requests, summarize context, explain results, and assist with workflows.

03

Inventory Monitoring

Automated processes may monitor stored product and inventory information to surface changes or conditions that merit attention. Monitoring depends on the completeness and timeliness of Customer data.

04

Stockout Risk Detection

SUPLORA may calculate or flag potential stockout risk using inventory balance, sales velocity, lead time, safety stock, and related inputs. A risk signal is an estimate, not a guarantee of future stock levels.

05

Procurement Recommendations

The service may prepare suggested reorder quantities, timing, or supplier options for review. Recommendations support a decision; they do not constitute approval or a binding instruction to purchase.

06

Supplier Analysis

SUPLORA may organize and compare supplier price, minimum order quantity, lead time, availability, and other stored or retrieved information. The comparison is limited to available information and the configured business context.

07

Supplier Discovery

Search and retrieval tools may locate potential suppliers and source pages on the public web or through enabled services. Discovery does not establish that a supplier is verified, approved, available, or suitable.

08

SUPLORA AI Assistant

The assistant can answer questions about workspace information and explain procurement workflows. It may use relevant context supplied with the request. Its conversational responses are generated assistance and can be incomplete or mistaken.

09

Deterministic Calculations vs Generative AI

Not every value displayed by SUPLORA is generated by a language model. Where deterministic procurement calculations exist, those calculated values remain authoritative over AI-generated prose. AI explanations must not silently replace stored business data or recalculate authoritative results.

10

Information Used by AI Features

Depending on the request, AI features may receive the user’s prompt and relevant product, inventory, supplier, recommendation, order, or conversation context. SUPLORA aims to limit context to information useful for the requested task.

11

Third-Party / Public Information

External supplier information may come from public websites, search services, integrations, or Customer-provided sources. Public information can be incomplete, stale, incorrectly attributed, or changed after retrieval.

12

Human Oversight

“THE AI WORKS. THE HUMAN SUPERVISES.” is a central product principle. Users remain responsible for reviewing material outputs, applying business judgment, and involving appropriately authorized people.

13

Approval Workflows

Where SUPLORA presents an approval step, the system should not treat an unapproved recommendation as authorization. Approval status, purchasing authority, and internal controls must be checked before a commitment is made.

14

AI Limitations

AI systems can misunderstand a question, omit context, or generate plausible but incorrect statements. Outputs may vary. These limitations call for proportionate review, especially when money, contractual commitments, regulated goods, or operational continuity are involved.

15

Accuracy and Verification

Verify material facts against authoritative records and primary sources before acting. This includes product identity, quantities, prices, taxes, terms, supplier identity, availability, lead time, delivery destination, and compliance requirements.

16

Supplier Information

Supplier listings and source links are starting points for due diligence. SUPLORA does not guarantee supplier identity, reputation, quality, capacity, or performance and is generally not a party to the resulting transaction.

17

Recommendations Are Not Guarantees

Recommendations do not guarantee savings, supplier performance, on-time delivery, demand, stock availability, or any particular financial or inventory outcome.

18

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for data quality, user permissions, review standards, supplier due diligence, purchasing authorization, and compliance with laws and internal policies relevant to their business.

19

Responsible Use

Do not use AI features to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity; to seek another workspace’s data; or to evade security and approval controls. Report suspected errors or unsafe behavior through the contact below.

20

Changes to AI Systems

Models, providers, prompts, retrieval tools, safeguards, and workflows may change as SUPLORA improves the service. Material changes to this Notice will be reflected in an updated version.
